I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a separate kitchen, lounge area, bathroom, and a huge bedroom, although the high location could be improved in this day and age. The personalized service was a highlight, but there were some aspects that could have been better.

The service was wonderful, especially with the night desk clerk going out of their way to assist.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were more spacious than expected, almost like a small apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the rooms didn't get serviced during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The service was nice and helpful overall, but it seemed stretched thin at times. The location was ideal for reaching downtown and other areas in Austin, but the dining options were limited and on the expensive side. The facilities were good, but there were some inconsistencies in service quality.

Staying at this hotel was like stepping into my mom's charming house from the 70s, offering a cozy and nostalgic feel that I absolutely loved. However, the room size was a bit tiny, though still larger than my NYC apartment.
